Ocak Aparthotel - Berlin

The apartment was spacious with a comfortable queen-size bed and a generous bathroom with a big bathtub.

The kitchenette was a letdown. It had minimal supplies, lacking essential items like plates and cutlery, made self-catering impractical. There were also issues regarding inconsistent cleanliness, with some reports of dirty floors upon arrival. Lastly, while the breakfast options were decent, they lacked variety, and guests faced extra charges for using the gym, not clearly communicated.

Location was awesome for our purpose. Price was fantastic. Rooms and hotel very clean, quiet and comfortable. Check in was easy.

The bed was way too soft, it felt like a water bed. We didn't sleep well.

Always nice staff made our stay relaxing. We asked for apartment and it was spacious with a pretty bathroom having a very comfortable shower. The room had a sofa bed, central heating and an iron plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures.

A clear improvement needed on kitchen supplies!!! Inadequate room furnishings like only one chair for doubles is frustrating!!! Major cleanliness issues like dirty floors cannot be overlooked!!! Communication about gym fees should be clearer!!!

Stunning and particularly good location, a train station is next to the hotel. The stuff are amicable, managed the parking on-site.

Our stay was highlighted by a quick check-in process and a spacious bathroom with excellent water pressure. The local shopping centre across the street made it easy to grab snacks and essentials during our visit.

Just a balanced option for shopping in Berlin with very good value for money. The powerful shower made mornings refreshing and enjoyable. Bring your own cutlery if you plan to eat in.
